About the position

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our creative team working on the development of an app for immersive 3D audio. In this role, you will support the production team with administrative and practical tasks related to content, sound, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team in structuring and documenting workflows in Notion
• 
  
• Upload and organize audio files and content in internal systems (app)
• 
  
• Assist in basic communication with creators and partners
• 
  
• Support scheduling, meeting logging, and daily routines of audio production

Qualifications

We would like you to:

• Have an interest in sound, media, or creative projects
• 
  
• Be detail-oriented, structured, and enjoy helping others
• 
  
• Communicate well in English
• 
  
• Have basic computer skills (e.g., Google Drive, Excel, etc.)
• 
  
• Have basic knowledge of Frame.io, Notion
• 
  
• Previous experience in a studio, media, or office environment is a plus but not a requirement

Employment conditions

Extent: Full-time (40h/week)

Location: Stockholm

Employment type: Temporary, 2 years

Salary: By agreement, at least according to collective agreements or industry standards

Start date: By agreement
